1) All Sales Final (Default Rule)
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law or where Craftex approves a written exception under Section 2 below.
2) Rare Return Exceptions (Only If Approved in Writing)
In limited situations, Craftex may approve a return only if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- You receive written approval from Craftex before sending anything back
- A 20% restocking fee applies
- Customer pays all return shipping costs
- You are responsible for proper packaging and for any damage in transit
If Craftex approves a return, refunds (if any) are issued after inspection and are typically returned to the original payment method (or by another method Craftex selects if no paymentmethod exists).
3) Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Any product that is opened, used, mixed, damaged, altered, or missing components
- Special order items, custom items, or items designated as non-returnable
- Any items returned without written approval
4) Training / Classes / Certification Fees
- No refunds. Training, class fees, deposits, and certification-related payments are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule if you cancel at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled training date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be limited to a reasonable number of changes. Craftex may require the rescheduled date to occur within a reasonable timeframe.

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item received, damage, or other concerns), contact us at info@craftexwall.com with:
- Your name and company
- Order details (invoice/receipt if available)
- Photos (if relevant)
