5) Independent Installers / Contractor Disclaimer
Unless Craftex signs a separate written agreement stating otherwise, installers/contractors are independent third parties and not employees of Craftex.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftex is not responsible for:
- Third-party installer workmanship, pricing, scheduling, jobsite conditions, or project results
- Disputes between you and any third-party installer/contractor
6) Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, video, documents, training materials, logos, trademarks) is owned by Craftex or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

- CRAFTEX’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, TRAINING, SERVICES, OR MATERIALS WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CRAFTEX IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11) Indemnification

12) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

A) Informal resolution first
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@craftexwall.com and allow 30 days to attempt resolution.
B) Binding arbitration
Except for small claims court matters or requests for injunctive relief (to stop misuse of intellectual property, for example), any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court.
Arbitration will be conducted in English, by a single arbitrator, under commercially reasonable arbitration rules. The arbitration location will be King County, Washington, unless the parties agree otherwise.
C) Class action waiver
You and Craftex agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
D) Opt-out right
You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using this website by emailing info@craftexwall.com with subject: “Arbitration Opt-Out” and including your name and the email used to contact us.
13) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute is found not subject to arbitration, it will be brought in state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
