1) Shipping Area

We ship from the United States and may ship to locations within the United States and, in some cases, North America. Availability depends on carrier service, item type, and destination.

2) Shipping Quotes and Charges

Because many of our products may ship as heavy parcels, freight, or special-handling materials, shipping charges may be:

  • Provided by invoice/quote after your request, and/or
  • Calculated and confirmed before shipment

Craftex may require confirmation of shipping charges before shipping the order.

3) Processing & Transit Times

Processing and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, supply availability, freight scheduling, or other factors outside of Craftex’s control.

4) Delivery, Access, and Jobsite Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring safe and legal delivery access to the destination, including:

  • Accurate shipping address and contact details
  • Access for delivery vehicles (including freight trucks if applicable)
  • Any required appointment scheduling, gate codes, or receiving hours
  • Any fees charged by the destination (e.g., storage fees, redelivery fees, limited access fees)

Additional fees charged by carriers due to access issues, failed delivery attempts, or address errors are the customer’s responsibility.

5) Title, Risk of Loss, and Freight Damage

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the shipment is handed to the carrier (or when it leaves our facility), to the maximum extent permitted by law.

IMPORTANT – Inspect at Delivery:
If your shipment arrives with visible damage:

  • Inspect the package/pallet immediately
  • Take clear photos
  • Note damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt/BOL before signing
  • Refuse the shipment if damage is severe, when possible

If concealed damage is found after delivery, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. Claims may depend on carrier rules and timelines.

6) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to receive, the customer is responsible for:

  • Shipping costs (both directions, if applicable)
  • Carrier fees and restocking fees, if any

7) Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup is offered, pickup scheduling and rules will be provided at the time of confirmation. Risk of loss transfers upon pickup.
